Hi,

I've reached the preprocessing stage, however the current processing status symbol immediately turns yellow and remains that way, saying:

Launching Preprocessing...
Launched: sdm pp gray matter, 1, 20, gray matter, 1

The SDM table appears to be fine, but the meta-analysis folder isn't reading the .txt study files in my working folder - nothing shows up in it. I reinstalled an older version of SDM and all the files appeared, however, can't use the older version as it now crashes when I try to define the table. Any ideas?

Hi Aisling,

It looks like you're running SDM from a network drive (\\kclad.ds.kcl.ac.uk\anywhere). Can you try running SDM from a local drive (ie. c:)? Also you may need to have the data in a local drive.
