meta analytic subtraction analysis
Dear expert,

Is it possible with SDM to do a meta-analytic subtraction analysis for fMRI? I.e., say I have a set of 10 studies with a given contrast [a>b] and a set of 10 studies with a different contrast [c>d],
is it possible to meta-analytically contrast the two contrasts (e.g, [a>b]>[c>d])? If affirmative, how could this analysis be performed with SDM?

Thanks and best,

Jurriaan

meta analytic subtraction analysis
Hi Jurriann,

I'm not an expert but this is definitely possible!

See info on the linear models part of the website:

Hope that helps,
