Missing values
Dear Dr Radua and team,
This is a terrific program. Thank you for making this available for researchers.
I am running 2 meta-regressions. Both predict the same outcome. One predictor is missing some values while the other predictor does not have missing values.
How does sdm deal with missing values in the predictor?
Is it better to run two separate analyses leaving out experiments with missing data? Or can i run the analysis once, coding the missing predictor values as NA.
Cheers, Eunice

RE: Missing values
Dear Eunice
SDM indeed discards those studies which have NA in any of the variables included in the model.
With the best wishes,
Joaquim
