Other DTI parameters
Hello,
I wondered if sdm is equipped to analyze other DTI parameters aside from FA ( ie. MD, RD, AD).

Dear Liane,
SDM can meta-analyze studies of these parameters.
I would suggest checking which mask has been used in the studies (e.g. TBSS) in order to use the same mask, or the mask resulting from overlapping the masks of the studies. You can add your own mask in the share folder if the mask used in the studies is none of those provided with SDM.
Regarding the correlation template, I would recommend selecting FA with anisotropy = 1 (or > 0) if you think that these parameters have a spatial correlation similar to that of FA; otherwise set anisotropy = 0.
