Dear expert,
When using peak coordinate activations from the previous literature, some studies report multiple local maxima in a cluster. Should we in this case take only the maximum (local maximum with highest T value) or should we include multiple local maxima?

Dear Jorge,
In SDM, the more local peaks you include, the more accurate the analysis will be. Please note that this would be different in other methods.
