FSLView not working to visualize images?
For my Brain viewer, I selected FSLView under Tools/Preferences and pointed to the binary file, but after thresholding, I only see "Launching MRICron" (which I do not have installed) and it does not try to launch FSLview.  When I go back into Tools/Preferences, the Brain viewer is blank although the pathway I entered still shows.

Thanks in advance for explaining how I can launch FSLview within the SDM GUI to view the tresholded maps.

RE: FSLView not working to visualize images?
Dear Lisa,

I am afraid that is among the features least used and, therefore, not so tested. Can you please tell me what OS are you using? I will try to replicate the error and find a solution.

Best,

Anton

Can you paste here the complete path to the fslview binary you are trying to use?

Thanks,
