Thank you for developing SDM, and I have questions about the steps on the image-based meta-analysis.
(1) I have about 60 T-value maps. After converting the images, will I perform meta-analysis as the steps of coordinate-based meta-analysis, such as the 'preprocessing', 'mean' and 'threshold' in the software ?

(2) Could the thresholds of image-based meta-analysis be similar with that of coordinate-based analysis ? For example, 'probability' is set to 0.005, 'z value' is set to 1.000 and etc.

congratulations for having so many T maps.

Yes, you can go through the same steps. Regarding the threshold, I guess that with such rich data you may be much more conservative in order to reduce the false positive rate.

Thank you for your reply. I have another question about the image-based meta-analysis. Now I have so many T maps. Will I use the uncorrected T maps (original T maps) or corrected T maps (e.g. p < 0.001) to put together to perform the meta-analysis ?

you should use the un-thresholded t-maps.
