One of the studies has only reported F values not t statistics; how can I use these in SDM?
Also, how can I use a study with beta-values and no z/t/p scores?

as Hui stated, t = sqrt(F).

However, make sure that the F is derived from a comparison between two groups (or from a simple regression), rather than from an ANOVA between three or more groups. In that case, you would need the contrast comparing two groups.

Also, you will have to add the minus signs for those peaks that represent a decrease.
