I was wondering whether the sdm_template.nii could be substituted for another template image. I'd like to overlay my peak coordinates atop a higher resolution template than the one provided by SDM for clearer visualization of results, but when I tried overlaying them on the Colin27 (MNI space) in mricron, the peaks were not in the right locations. I was confused as to why this was as the peaks are given in MNI space.

I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, in my experience I've seen that even if two images are in MNI space, they may not overlap in some viewers. Please send me the files by email and I'll have a look.

Thanks for the help. You are right, in fact, the two images don't overlap in mricron, but when I tried them in Mango they overlap almost perfectly, so I think I will use Mango instead.
