mymean_z map does not appear
Dear all,
After running succesfully the meta-analysis I wanted to look the first results, but in the folder there is no mymean_z map or whole_mean_z. There are all the whole_meanJKxxxx_I2.nii.gz, whole_meanJKxxxx.nii.gz, whole_meanJKxxxxx_QH.nii.gz, whole_meanJKxxx_var.nii.gz and their respective z for each article. There was no problem during the analysis. What should I do? Should I re-run it?
Thank you in advance,

RE: mymean_z map does not appear
Dear all,
Is it possible that because I also included Jackknife analysis all together SDM does not do the whole analysis? I will run it now without Jackknife analysis.
Thank you!

Dear Monica,
sorry for the late response.
When you click "Jackknife" in the GUI, only the jackknife analyses are conducted. For the main analysis, you must not click jackknife.
Hope this helps,
Joaquim
