Subgroup analysis
Dear expert,
I am doing subgroup analyses for five variables (e.g., medication status, subtype of the disease, and so on) one by one using SDM. And I just performed subgroup analysis for one group of a variable (e.g., medication free) and then made a conclusion.
Is there anything wrong? Should I use an ANOVA to find whether the subgroup effect is significant? Or should I concern about multiple comparison issues? I cannot find any proof for doing these works, but they seem reasonable.
Thanks a lot and best wishes!
