I am conducting a meta-analysis using both coordinates and images. I have converted the image to NIFTI format using MRICron, checked the name of the .nii.gz file(the same as that in the SDM table), and put it in the same directory as the txt .files. when I clicked the "preprocessing", the SDM preprocessed the .txt files and the log showed "preprocessing is finished" with no warning. But I didn't see the preprocessed file of the study using image, and I can not carry out the next step "mean" since the SDM software didn't proceed. Does anyone know about this situation? How can I solve it?

Thanks for your reply! I am Bangshan's college and here I attached a file of the image we want to put in our analysis. However when we both use the convert image button the program will close.

First of all, please accept my appologies for the delay answering your message. 

There is a bug in Sdm affecting non compressed .nii files. A quick solution is to compress to .gz (obtaining olsen.nii.gz) and them use it to convert. 

It is a pending bug and eventually will be solved, but I'm afraid I can't provide you a reasonable date for the release solving the issue. Therefore, I suggest you to manually compress the files.
