Dear SDM experts,

I am currently conducting a meta-analysis of TBSS studies. One of the studies that I would like to include is a ROI study where as all other studies are whole brain studies. I would like to know if it is acceptable to include ROI and WB results in the same meta-analysis.

Unfortunately, ROI studies should not be included in a voxel-based meta-analysis.
