Batch conversion of DICOM images to NIFTI files
Hi MRIcroGL users,
It may be a dump question as I am still exploring the software. I have a bunch of subjects to do the conversion, I tried to put them in a zipped folder/ simply in a separate master folder. However, it did not let me proceed. Would anyone kindly advise about this?
Thank you so much in advance!
Sincerely,
Krystal

RE: Batch conversion of DICOM images to NIFTI files
MRIcroGL does not extract images in a zipped archive. It is able to
read NIfTI images that are either uncompressed (.nii) or compressed
(.nii.gz). It is able to convert DICOM images to NIfTI, and does
automatically detect and read several formats that are less common
in our field:
