Track colour
Great software!

I'm currently using Surf Ice to visualize tracks and create a few nice images with ROI tracks. Was wondering if Surf Ice has a function of changing a colour of the tract?

Also, is there any way to display the QA colour bar for the output tracts?

Many thanks,
Ieva

RE: Track colour
Yes, Surfice is able to show TRK format files that can describe per-streamline 'properties' as well as per-vertex 'scalars'. If your try file has this information, you will see pull-down menus in the 'Tracks' panel that allows you to set these values.

The upcoming release of Surfice will support these features in TRX format files as well. You can already try this out with NiiVue:
