Pittsburgh data in ADHD 200 test datasets
Hi all,
When I read Pittsburgh data in the test datasets, I found the scan parameters are different from that in trainsets. Obviously, the number of slices are different. In the testset, the number is 46 while the number is 29 in the trainset. So I think we can't use the resting state parameters of trainset for the testset. But where are the scan parameters for Pittsburgh testset?

Hi Huiguang He,
yes, the scan parameters for the Pittsburgh testset are different compared to the other scans as they were collected under a different protocol. We have added the scan parameters to the ADHD-200 website
This is a direct link:
http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi...
For future reference, I would also like to refer you to the forums sepcific for INDI and the FCP. http://www.nitrc.org/forum/?group_id=296
We are actively monitoring those forums, so your questions will be answered quicker.
Best,
Maarten
