Cool brain display program recommendations?
Hello,

I am interested in generating an interesting visualization of brain activation results on the background of a head that appears open in a slice of interest. I am familiar with having done this in the past, but I cannot remember what program I used for this.

Please send any recommendations for cool brain visualization of results. I will attach an example of approximately what I am going for.

Thanks!

Paraview is a powerful tool for visualizing fmri results, I use it all the time.

I use Amide, bioimagesuite and or Brainsuite (occasionally ITKsnap) to prep the images and MeVisLab to view them.
