Not getting MRML dir. with Slicer tutorial
Hi,
I am trying to running the Slicer tutorial on a Mac.
OSX versions tried: Lion, Mountain Lion, and Mavericks
Slicer versions: 4.3.1 stable release and nightly build from 6/09/14.
Steps I have taken
-download Slicer
-download SPHARM-PDM through the extension Manager
-downloaded the tutorial dataset and changed the path to the data in the InputFile.
_______________________________________________________
-Started Slicer through the terminal (so I could log commands)
-Went to the Shape Analysis Module
-selected the Input file and output directory
Left all values default except the following:
-# iterations 10
-vtkline=1
-vtk column=2
-checked do particles correspondence
Pressed Apply.
__________________________________________________________
I am attaching the log file generated in the terminal. I can send you the zip file of the folder with the generated directory. I also have the command line log when I tried w/o using particle correspondence that I can send you.
