Hi,

I seem to be having a similar problem. I try running the tutorial, but it does not give me an MRML directory. I get a message saying it completed without errors, but above that, it clearly seems to have errors. It seems to not be able to find the Particle Correspondence module. 

Also, I seem to get vtk files in the Mesh directory. When I try to open a vtk file from the Mesh/SPHARM dir using shape population viewer, there I don't get a surface to view. 

Any help would be appreciated!
