RE: Problem Loading conn.mat files on my mac
Dear Yusuf,
Sorry about this, could you please let me know what OS/X, Matlab, and CONN versions you have so I can try a more permanent fix? In the meantime, if you want, perhaps you could try editing the conn.m file and changing the line that reads:
[filename,pathname]=uigetfile({'conn_*.mat','conn-project files (conn_*.mat)'},'Loads experiment data');
(depending on your version that should be around line 1417) into this:
[filename,pathname]=uigetfile({'*.mat','conn-project files (conn_*.mat)';'*','All Files'},'Loads experiment data','conn_*.mat');
I believe that should fix this issue, but please let me know otherwise (and in any way please send me that version info so I can make sure this or other related issues do not pop up again in the future)
Thanks
Alfonso
ps. Also, just for future reference, in the future if you could post directly to the NITRC-conn forum (http://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?for...), instead of to the general NITRC-community forum, I am typically much more likely to become aware of your issue and send you a quick response.
