motion and slice-timing correction
Hi,
I am new to this fmri processing. I am looking for an fmri tool that is able to combine motion correction and slice-timing correction at one go.
I read that Afni 3dvolreg has -tshift feature, but it seems that the process is still a two-step process.
I found a paper that seems promising: TIGER - A new model for spatio-temporal realignment of FMRI data(Bannister PR., Michael Brady J., Jenkinson M, 2004). Has this technique been implemented somewhere?
Many thanks.
Rina
