I am fairly new to neuroimaging(NI) analysis and only know few tools, that too just as a starter (like conversion of dcm to .nii files and half of T1 analysis using freesurfer). However, I am trying to learn more about NI analysis and would appreciate if I can get few ideas about what all to read and from where to start...
