Hi 
I'm trying to to run "antsMultivariateTemplateConstruction.sh" in my nitrc.
At first it wasn't found , exept when I wrote the command from ants folder.
I added ANTS pathto   the .profile and .bashrc files.
now when I  try to run "antsMultivariateTemplateConstruction.sh" I still get errors such as:

Is there somthing I'm doing wrong?
What should I do?
