Dear ICA members,
I have done ICA on all my subjects' FA maps, and when I am trying to look at the components, they don't look right (like its full of dots BUT not the regular ICA looking components we see when we do ICA on GM and resting state fMRI). Is there any step I am missing regarding making FAs ready to be ran through ICA or something else?
