Normalised ROI normalisation to other templat
I extracted ROI from wfu_pickatlas toolbox. My data is normalised
to EPI template. However, extracted ROI is normalised to some other
template.
My question is, how to registered extracted ROI to an EPI template? Is it make sense to normalize ROI two times?
