Attempt to Run Batch Version of Atten. Case
Friends,
When CONN is extracted there is an example word document describing the use of CONN to do the following:
"This document describes how to analyze the attention dataset (http://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/data/at...) using the connectivity toolbox (version 11f, http://web.mit.edu/swg/sofware.htm) to explore the results in Friston et al (1997) regarding the attentional modulation of connectivity between V2 and V5"....
I have done the following:
(1) obtained the attention data set at the above mentioned web site
(2) ran the appropriate script conn_batchexample_attentiondataset after setting up paths for both CONN and SPM
(3) found that a data file conditions.mat is not present..in the directory extracted from the attention data set referenced
by the web location mentioned above
A file multi_condition.mat is present in the directory..in essence it appears that the case addressed by the batch script I employed is no longer consistent with the referenced information on the web site mentioned above...Can anyone help me resolve this.
best regards,
Dr. martin g. bello
