Good 3d rendering of intrinsic networks
Good morning NITRC folks - I am trying to display a 3d rendering of
several intrinsic networks (DMN/salience/etc). Are there any
good software packages that can import a binary mask of the
networks (in MNI space) to then display and rotate in real time?
