Dear all,

I am trying to parcellate my fMRI brain volume into 90 regions using AAL atlas. However, this atlas does not provide segregated 90 regions. It is in the format of 3-D nifti file which does not specify any information about the location of these regions.

My question is, how can i parcellate my data into 90 regions using this atlas?

I want to get mean voxel time series from each and every parcellated regions.
