help in using camino to trackvis
I'm just starting on DTI/Tractography and am having some good
results so far using Camino. The sanity check using pdview (pdview
-inputfile dteig.Bdouble -header dt.nii.gz) come up alright . Now I
wantted to export the data to work on it on trackvis, but was
having some problems.
The commands I tried (having named the files as dt.extension) were:
camino_to_trackvis -i dt.Bfloat -o dt.trk -d 128,128,60 -x 2,2,2 --voxel-order LAS
camino_to_trackvis -i dt.Bdouble -o dt.trk --nifti dt.nii.gz (where the nii.gz is of the original file I converted with image2voxel)
I tried both on both the Bdouble and Bfloat file, and get a lot of Allocation errors and Null tracts and the resulting tract if not empty comes out as a bunch of tracts originating from one point in space with a "pyramid shape".
I'm sorry if I'm not precise enough, I'm sure I'm making some very obvious mistake but I can't find any detailed tutorial for new users like me on camino-to-trackvis.
