Hi everyone,

I just started using the brain connectivity toolbox by Rubinov and Sporns.

I want to evaluate adjacency matrix using various evaluation criteria inbuild in this toolbox  (such as modularity index, small word length, clustering coefficient etc.). However, the site does not provide manual to use this toolbox.

Any help is welcome, i really wish if there was a manual on this toolbox (the site has not really helped me much).
