Appears to be a false positive - my machine hasSymantec Protection Suite and I compile straight from cygwin. Furthermore, a scan of that file with the 56 virus detection tools used by https://www.virustotal.com/ does not find any problems. I assume your 360 security will have an update to resolve this.
