Extract scan date along with ROI
Hi,
We are extracting ROI values from a large number of scans, all from the same subject. It works well but to make the subsequent analysis of the extracted values less error-prone, it would be very helpful to be able to extract the scan date alongside the ROI estimate.
So, right now REX outputs a .txt file with a vector of ROI estimates, one for each volume. We would like the same .txt file but with two vectors: one corresponding to the ROI estimate, and another one having the scan date, perhaps extracted from the metadata.
Would this be possible? If so, how? If you could point me to the place in the REX script where each volume is loaded and information is extracted, I might be able to do the rest. I went through the script but it wasn't obvious to me that this would be possible or straightforward
Thanks
Elisa
