Dear Chris,

I tried -i y option and now the localizers and the aforementioned "dti_ep2d_diff_MDDW_30_p2_20140507001838_100_c2a" is not generated. But I still got a lot of similar files like:
ep2d_diff_MDDW_30_p2_c2.nii.gz
ep2d_diff_MDDW_30_p2_c2a.nii.gz
ep2d_diff_MDDW_30_p2_c2b.nii.gz
and they all have bvec and bval files.
So what does the a and b mean in the file name. Which one is the really raw data?
