I am currently using your tool (ART) to register my functional images to a Colin template. I first register the structural images with the Colin template and then apply the warp parameters to the functional images. But after the registration, the pixel values of the Registered image (Functional in Colin space) are different than the Unregistered image (original functional image).
Please suggest a method so that i could get back my true pixel values in the Registered (functional/perfusion) image. Is there a tool in ART, that i could use for the conversion? If so,please explain.
This is needed as i will be carrying out statistical analysis on the functional images.
