Also, in order to run in paralell, you would need a system witb multiple CPUs.  Again, I would recommend downloading some similar data and process it on whatever computer you have now. You could also try out different configurations on a cloud computer like google cloud or azure.  You probably should not put your own data on cloudserver unless approved to do so by your irb.
