I'm not an expert, but thought I'd try explain the 1m0 results, as I understand them (and I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong!)

The 1m0 results are the differences between the two groups.
The initial set of regions lists clusters for which activation is greater in group 1, compared to group 0.
The second set of regions (in the same output file) lists clusters for which activation is lesser in group 1, than in group 0.
