Dear Xiao,
SDM is mainly focused on voxel-based meta-analyses.
However, if you want to conduct a simple ROI analysis, you may type the means and standard deviations in the SDM table (call the columns "mean1", "sd1", "mean2" and "sd2") and click "Globals".
