I’m not a specialist in image analysis, but I have basic knowledge
in computer.
With 3000 dollar, a wide range of combinations for the computer is available. From my perspective, large memory and better CPU have higher priority. (Most analysis softwares use cpu. If the software you work with support GPU acceleration, buy a compatible fast one.)
I built mine as follow: 7940x, 4*16GB, 970 evo 512GB, gtx 1060, evga 1000w psu.
