White matter hyperintensities detection in CAT12
Hello,
Anybody tried WM hyperintensities detection in CAT12 using T2-wMRI (not flair)? wanna know the exact steps to extract nii image of WM hyperintense lesions!
Any other toolbox which can segment them from T2 weighted images (not from flair)?
