Dear experts and dear SDM users,

I ran a VBM meta-analysis by using the old version of SDM software (V5.15). In the preprocessing step, I did not choose the default parameters as Radua et al recommended (full anisotropy 1, FWHM = 20mm). Otherwise, I set the  anisotropy value to 0, and Isotropic FWHM = 15mm. The main differences of the results using different preprocessing parameters were that I found putamen and thalamus volume reduction using the latter parameters. I think the results would be affected by the parameters. As putamen and thalamus were frequently reported to be affected in bipolar disorders, I would prefer to report the results by using the latter parameters. Do you think the parameters I set are reasonable?
