Hi,

I have installed the ANTS package on a Mac device from github [https://github.com/ANTsX/ANTs] and I am just not understanding how to run it. 
Am I supposed to open a terminal window at the ANTS directory, transfer all my image files I want registered here and then execute the commands cause I tried that too but to no avail.
How do I execute stuff using this program?

Any help is appreciated, thanks!
