3D rendering of subcortical structures and overlaying statistical maps using surf ice
Dear Community,
I am trying to visualise 3D renderings of sub cortical structure surface areas after overlaying statistical maps on it. The problem I am facing so far is that I am unable to visualise just the subcortical structure without parts of the cortex occluding the view. Is there a way to deal with it?
