The
downloads should actually be requested from the ADHD-200 page, not
the portals on the fcon_1000 site.
Have you tried going to the ADHD-200 page ( fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi/adhd200 ), selecting one of the sites (e.g., KKI) and clicking on 'releases' to reveal the download links? Alternatively, go to the bottom of this page and click on All Files - that will give hot-links to all download.
Please let me know if that does not work.
