I've also got an issue with an Ubuntu installation.
It's giving me this error:

ERROR: Cannot install dtiplayground==0.4.5, dtiplayground==0.5.0 and dtiplayground==0.5.2 because these package versions have conflicting dependencies.

The conflict is caused by:
dtiplayground 0.5.2 depends on antspyx==0.3.2
dtiplayground 0.5.0 depends on antspyx==0.3.2
dtiplayground 0.4.5 depends on antspyx==0.3.2
To fix this you could try to:
1. loosen the range of package versions you've specified
2. remove package versions to allow pip attempt to solve the dependency conflict
