Please note that the new version of SDM-PSI has substantially different parameters, which makes the results different, more conservative and robust.

1.  For both versions: MyMean_z_p_0.005_1.000_10, represent the z-values of the significant clusters 
   
2. The data from the tutorial is not exactly the same data as the used in the paper Voxel-wise meta-analysis of grey matter changes in obsessive–compulsive disorder.
   
3. We recommend using the new version of SDM-PSI, but it is true that being more conservative means more probability of null results
   
4. With the heterogeneity analysis, you can observe which study is making some bias, but it cannot determine the reason. A low sample size can result in biased results. 
   
5. You can easily change the coordinates in the window prompt
