Hey all,

when trying to preprocess unthresholded t-maps with SDM I've been running into this error:

"WARNING: Header of NIfTI file 'my_t_image' specifies a statistic other than t. Please convert the image."

Then, the program does not proceed. I am very certain that my images are t-images. Therefore, I recoded the headers with NIbabel, which worked well. But now I get the error: "WARNING: Header of NIfTI file 'my_t_image' specifies a space other than MNI or Talairach. Please convert the image."

Again, I veryfied that my images are in MNI space, which is the case. I tried to modify the headers and was not successful. I checked and resclided all images to the same space before using SDM.

Is there a way to solve this problem? If there is an option to ignore these warnings and still have SDM running that would be great. I am just using it for rough comparisons to another image-based implementation.
