Dear Dr. Cartik Sharma,

thank you very much for your response.

Then,
if my inputs are scores and the outputs are voxel connectivity (I am
testing resting state functional connectivity), the correlateion matrix
between the 3 independent experiments would show which output is
explained by which input and therefore we cam demonstrate whether a
specific activation is related to the differences between the scores. Am
I right?
