I am not sure how you got this file: sfnwmrda
 
"I was trying to read the "sfnwmrda" .hdr and .img file using
MATLAB"
 
The way I did to create .hdr and .img files is by using "fslchfiletype
NIFTI_PAIR rest.nii.gz" for functional image and  "fslchfiletype
NIFTI_PAIR mprage.nii.gz" for anatomical image.
 
This creates rest.hdr and rest.img files(for functional for example). Now I
did use analyze75info and i could read the header just fine for each of the
subjects you mentioned in your email.
 
Is it possible to explain how u got "sfnwmrda" .hdr and .img
files?
