Can I compose forward and inverse transforms
Hi All,
I have co-registered 2 MRI (A and B) to a template (mni2009a).
How can I compose transform A with transform B's inverse to get a direct mapping and apply a single re-slicing?
A direct co-registration of A to B results in poor registration due to high atrophy.
A and B, however, warp well to mni2009a.
