PANDA: a pipeline tool for diffusion MRI
Dear all:
I am writing to invite you to have a try of PANDA (Pipeline for Analysing braiN Diffusion imAges), a matlab toolbox developed by my group. This toolbox aims to facilitate the image-processing of diffusion MRI. Specifically, PANDA can provide outputs in two types: i) diffusion parameter data that is ready for statistical analysis; ii) brain anatomical networks constructed by using diffusion tractography. I believe this package can make your diffusion MRI research more smoothly & efficiently. The public homage of PANDA is http://www.nitrc.org/projects/panda .
A few key advantages of PANDA are listed as below:
1.) fully-automatic processing from raw DICOM/NIFTI to final outputs;
2.) Supporting both sequential and parallel computation. The parallel environment can be a single desktop with multiple-cores or a computing cluster with a SGE system;
3.) A very friendly GUI (graphical user interface).
Any feedbacks are highly appreciated. I am also very grateful if you can circulate this information to anyone who may be interested.
Best Regards
